Steam Cleaning Hardwood Floors. A microfiber pad placed underneath the jet where the vapor shoots out catches all the dirt and grime when it is set in motion.
The ability to do this makes the mop easier to maneuver and use. In order to do this, the water has to be heated hot enough to kill germs and bacteria. I personally felt that for my hardwood floors that the original steam mop put out a little less hot steam directly on to my floors and felt a little safer using it.
